Went to the market today and guess what I found?! A street vendor selling these AMAZING empanadas de queso. I know, I know, they're not exactly traditional, but trust me, they're a game changer.
Anyway, I bought a dozen (oops) and shared them with my neighbors. Turns out, they're big fans of these cheesy delights too! Now we're thinking of inviting the vendor to our next barrio gathering.
