Had such a crazy day at the mercado today! I was looking for some yuyos to make my mom's sopa paraguaya, when I saw this little kitten lost and alone. I couldn't just leave her there, so I took her home with me. My dog, Chipa, was a little skeptical at first, but now they're inseparable. Yesterday, I was walking home from the mercado and I saw a little kitten hiding under a car. It was so tiny and scared 🙀 I couldn't just leave it there, so I bent down and tried to coax it out with some of the fish I had just bought. To my surprise, the kitten slowly came out and started purring as soon as I picked it up 💕 I knew I couldn't keep it, but I wanted to find it a good home. So I asked around my neighborhood and finally found a sweet old lady who said she would take care of it. I named the kitten Pescado, because of the fish that brought us together. I know I'll miss him, but I'm happy he'll have a loving home. 😊 #paraguay #animals #kindnessmatters

Just had the craziest thing happen on my way home from school today! I was waiting at the bus stop, scrolling through my phone, when I suddenly heard a loud meow. I looked up and saw a tiny kitten hiding behind a trash can. 🥺🐱 At first, I was a little scared because I've never been great with animals, but something about this little furball just pulled at my heartstrings. I slowly approached it and offered it my hand to sniff. After a few seconds, it started purring and rubbing its head against my fingers. 🤗💕 I couldn't just leave it there, so I picked it up and brought it home with me. My parents were a little surprised, but they could see how much I had already fallen in love with the little guy. We decided to name him Panchito, and he's already made himself right at home, snuggled up next to me as I type this. 😌🐾 I know taking in a stray pet is a big responsibility, but I can't help feeling like this was meant to be. Ayer fuí a la plaza con mis amigxs a pasar el día. Como siempre, nos estábamos riendo y pasando un buen rato cuando de repente vi a un perrito abandonado. Estaba tan flaco y asustado 🙁 Mis amigxs y yo nos acercamos lentamente y comenzamos a darle de comer. Después de un rato, se acercó más y más a nosotros. Decidimos llamar a la policía para que se hicieran cargo de él, ya que no podíamos dejarlo solo en la calle. Me alegro de haber podido ayudarlo, aunque sea un poco. Had an unexpected adventure this morning! 😜 Was on my way to meet some friends for breakfast and I saw a stray kitten trying to cross the busy street. I couldn't just leave it there, so I stopped my car and ran to help. ❤️ After a few close calls, I finally managed to get the little one to safety. Turns out, it was hungry and scared, so I brought it home and gave it some food and water. Just had the weirdest thing happen to me on my way home from school! As I was walking down the street, I saw a stray cat that I often see on my route. But today, it was holding something in its mouth. As I got closer, I realized it was a tiny, blue bird with its wing bent at a strange angle. 🐱🐦 I slowly approached the cat and the bird, and the cat dropped it and ran away. I picked up the bird and saw that its wing was definitely injured. Poor thing must have fallen from its nest or been attacked by another animal. 🥺 I didn't know what to do, but I couldn't just leave it there. So, I brought it home and made a little nest for it in a shoe box with some tissue paper. I'm going to try to feed it and keep it safe until I can take it to a vet tomorrow. 🤞 Wish me luck!
